Scott Decker Dec. 25, 1953 — March 4, 2021 Scott was born on Christmas Day 1953 in Montebello, California, to Darrell and Marjorie Decker (best gift, EVER). The family moved to Fairfield when he was just four years old. He worked at many trades over the years, including concrete laborer, concrete finisher, heavy equipment operator, cabinet maker and big-rig driver. Near the end, he was a truck inspector for the CHP at Cordelia, where he retired after 16 years. He enjoyed playing softball, golf, umpiring and made many lifelong friends.
