South Jersey first responders help couple give birth during snow storm

WESTAMPTON — Staying calm, cool and collected were key for two Burlington County first responders who helped welcome a baby girl into the world from a Delran living room during a snow storm. Mark Boyd, a 911 dispatcher for Burlington County Central Communications, received the call at 9:54 a.m. on Feb. 2. It was from the father. "I think he knew it was time," Boyd said.
