Donald Trump scored a victory on Wednesday in his fight against challenges to his eligibility to run for the White House again when Michigan's top court declined to hear a case seeking to disqualify him from the state's presidential primary ballot.
However, Trump faces more challenges to his eligibility for the November ballot if he becomes the Republican nominee.
The state high court declined to weigh in on the challenge, which centered on the 14th Amendment's insurrection clause.
Courts ruled officials can't remove Trump from primary ballot. But the general election may be another story
