ONE hundred customers had their bookings cancelled on so-called ‘freedom day’ after a chef was ‘pinged’ by the NHS track and trace and told to self-isolate. Urban Reef in Bournemouth town centre was unable to source any cover and can only currently operate on Mondays and Tuesdays due to staff shortages.
