A car driven by 23year old kevina freeman backs into a squad car after a traffic stop, sending one sheriffs deputy into oncoming traffic while another held onto the drivers side door. Freemans mother was kn they were not serisouly hurt. Today freeman appeared in court for a plea hearing. Court records say negotiations are underway for a settlement.
