Fred Upton for a second time this month, after Upton voted with Democrats to strip a controversial GOP representative's committee assignments.  The Cass County GOP voted Tuesday, Feb. 23, to censure Upton, R-St. Joseph, for his decision to vote with Democrats to strip Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Georgia, on her committee assignments.
