Welcome to bbc news. Aid workers and syrian volunteers have begun to evacuate dozens of critically ill patients from a rebel held suburb near damascus. The first of the critically ill patients were taken out of the Eastern Ghouta overnight by the International Committee of the red cross and syrian arab red crescent.
