The boy took the stand just a few weeks after Alissa McCommon told him while out on bail that she is pregnant with his child, an infraction that resulted in her second arrest.
The woman police allege to be Alissa McCommon later says to the boy on the recording that she is going to "raise this baby and love this baby, and I’ll do it by myself."
"The evidence indicates McCommon sent multiple text messages to victim indicating he would 'regret doing this.' McCommon, using the same number, also admitted to a sexual encounter with the victim," police claim.
Alissa McCommon allegedly engaged with the victim "through mobile phone social media apps, which led to her allegedly sending inappropriate photographs and requesting sexual relations with the victims," police said in a statement.
