Not much in the precip department. It would be nice to see snow on the ground falling from the sky. A bone dry february . No, no, no, no. The first system was dry for us but there are signs the sierra had a little snow. More coming in sunday and monday. There are hints after 10 days out to the end of the month where things will change big time. If we can get them to come over the ocean and pick up a lot of moisture, the possibility of rain would be better for us.
