MOSCOW, Idaho -- The City of Moscow has reached a $300,000 settlement with three people who were arrested in a mask protest back in 2020.
“I just said I’ll give the kids a free slice of pizza, if they’re protesting I want them to be rewarded for exercising their constitutional right to protest peacefully,” said the owner.
They also threaten to call CPS for child abandonment for the mere act of a parent dropping off an unmasked student at school.
Superintendent admits it's about money from the state.
