Joseph Nardone was convicted in the 1990s for his role in a ruthless and elaborate street-level narcotics ring in Charlestown. The Boston gang instilled a code of silence among its members and those who came into contact with it, with Nardone serving as the operation s chief assassin and headache man. He s now seeking compassionate release from prison due to a slew of medical conditions that put him at high risk of coronavirus.
