Firefighters pass those too far gone to help those who have a chance. The scenario, an airplane collides with a helicopter and catches fire causing two more cars to crash at the end of the runway. A parked Police Chopper circles the airport to find some of the injured in the water. Eagle 1 deploys a rescue attack. They want to make this scenario as real as possible. They are testing all the First Responders from across the region. How they communicate. And how they handle the situation.
