In those two awful events. i also think it s at the scene for a general suspicion around the max. in the industry we are all very aware because of the enormous difficulties and expense of certifying a brand new aircraft type we habitually see developments like the 737 max which has its back bounce backin 737 max which has its back bounce back in the boeing 707, for many decades ago. which has its roots back. we see consequences such as the mcas, and it is very interesting to me that boeing in designing these types, just behind the wing which were blanked off effectively on the alaska airlines, they chose to deviate from the habitual practice ....

Flight is something quite different to the cause of those two fatal crashes and the reason for the grounding. that a piece of software used by the pilots on the flight damage of the mcas system. it was something which caused both crashes which had to be completely reworked before that aircraft was able to get back to being recertified as a safe aircraft and commercial operation. it also, of course, affected boeing as a company which lost an enormous amount of trust and confidence during that period, and they had to work hard to brick that back and rehabilitate the aircraft into service. so last week s incident quite different. we don t know what caused it yet. i think as one your reporters commented there. it s important. this is also quite a new aircraft, only about two months off the production line. we wouldn t expect something like this to happen on any well-maintained aircraft be it old or young but certainly it s particularly surprising to get ....

It was premature to announce that they would not have to look at that. let me ask you this because naturally i got several text messages yesterday asking me as if i m the expert about the safety of these max planes, not specifically the 737-9. but when you look at boeing s reputation and it s history, you had in 2018-219 that mcas issue that basically pushed the plane into nose dive and you had two separate plane accidents, one in indonesia, one on ethiopian airlines and just recently there were some production issues on these max planes, right, and it was just last week that boeing was urging airlines to inspect their planes, the 737 max planes, for a possible loose bolt in the rudder control system. so when people ask are these planes safe, or should they have concerns over the quality of the production of these planes, you know, what would you say to them? well, i think the public is already voting on that very ....
