MCCOMB, Miss. (AP) — Two more people have been charged in a drive-by shooting that killed a 6-year-old boy while he was playing with friends at a city park in McComb. Eric Spurlock, 20, and a 17-year-old were arrested last week and charged with capital murder and assault, outlets reported.

seeing what the population is, it's a small area but what jumping out at me is the phillips 66 refinery is there too right in the middle of the flash flood emergency. not only do we have potential to have injuries and fatalities from the flash flooding but you look at what the environmental impacts look like from the storm. let me bring you to the latest from the storm, it's been downgraded to a tropical storm. it was amazing how long this stayed a hurricane. it was almost 18 hours after landfall it was still a hurricane. a lot of that had to do with the warm swamp water in southern louisiana. the winds are at 36 in mccomb. the winds aren't causing too much damage. the highest winds were obviously at landfall we'll show you those pictures when we get them later this morning when we get the helicopter to show you what it

looks like. even well built houses will be torn apart. we know we have significant roof damage to structures, including a hospital. that's what you get with an 80 to 90 mile per hour wind. i think we could get gusts from 50 to 60. not worried about you in memphis or tupelo, mccomb. likely in the 50 to 60 range. the biggest concern here on out is going to be rainfall. i mentioned problems with the levies. flash flooding is going to be an issue. mississippi and alabama. look at the rain up to the eastern sea board into southern new england in the days ahead. under a moderate risk of flash flooding if you live on a stream or river including areas from new york city to d.c. into areas of kentucky and tennessee you have to watch out because it's been a wet summer, we've had numerous flash flooding events
