Community Foundation awards grants to STEAP and The Free Clinics

Henderson County (Mar 8, 2023) - Six local businesses that came together to provide charitable support for nonprofits in and around Henderson County have announced their 2023 grant recipients.

Green River (Sep 7, 2022) - The Community Foundation of Henderson County, a nonprofit providing lasting resources for innovative charitable solutions, awarded $65,000 to two area organizations as part of its special 40th Anniversary Grants program, including a grant that will result in new pickleball courts at Tuxedo Park.

Community Foundation of Henderson County awarded a total of $63,400 to two area nonprofits as part of their special 40th Anniversary Grant program.

The Community Grant program is made possible by generous donors who have contributed unrestricted and broadly defined interest area gifts. The dollars are used to respond to current community challenges and to embrace emerging opportunities.
