Debra Hayes Debra Hayes has been named divisional vice president and trust officer of Northwest Bank. Nathan Weaver, CFP, CTFA, Divisional Vice President, Manager of Personal Trust Administration, made the announcement. By Times-News staff Republican Kirk McCaslin will announce his bid for Millcreek Township supervisor on Friday. McCaslin, a Millcreek Township government employee for 36 years and a member of the West Lake Fire Department for 39 years, will make his announcement at a media-only event at 8:30 a.m. at Scott Park, located a block east of West Sixth Street and Peninsula Drive. McCaslin, according to a press release, is a lifelong township resident and graduate of McDowell High School. From Staff Reports The McDowell County Health Department said Friday that 46 additional McDowell County residents have tested positive for novel coronavirus (COVID-19). There are 2,503 total positives in McDowell County. There have been 29,005 tests conducted, 26,139 negative results and 363 tests are pending results. At the time of Friday’s report, there are 381 individuals in quarantine, 2,077 out of quarantine and 45 deaths, according to a news release. It also means that within one week McDowell County had 246 more positive cases. A week ago, the total number was 2,257. �...
