Video as the picture of town is coming from the District Attorneys Office says the this stems from a case that involved welling back november 3rd. He attacked a man and then filed a false Police Report. He said the man attacked him with a cane but the Video Evidence contradicts the story. He was eventually arrested and charged with multiple felonies including filing a false Police Report and an including filing a false incident under the law hes been held right here in San Francisco county jail for a 130,000 in bail. He is expected to oppose that bill tonight but we do not expected to come out...
