of beauty and who i felt i was. i didn't see people who looked like me around and i definitely got the feeling like i was not considered beautiful. it was definitely something in the community because i didn't look like anybody and i definitely wasn't, you know, considered attractive. but i felt even at home, maybe the beauty standards that my family held maybe were not also, you know, what i represented, cos even in the arab culture, sometimes lighter skin is celebrated. and i was always really proud of my dark skin, you know? or my medium — i'm tanned — you know, medium skin. and i was always really proud of that so, for me, i struggled with that a lot as a child. and now, you have a global business and a global brand and millions of fans. your brand is a lot about diversity and inclusion. yeah. why is that? you know, um, ithink i — sometimes — i think many people when they start a company, when you start something, you don't realise you're going to start doing things according to your younger self, you know?

SEBI REIT: Sebi to amend rules to facilitate small and medium REITs

Sebi's board, at its meeting on Saturday, approved amendments to REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 in order to create a regulatory framework for the facilitation of SM REITs, with an asset value of at least Rs 50 crore vis-a-vis minimum asset value of Rs 500 crore for existing REITs.
