IStock(NEW YORK) -- Eighteen former NBA players, including Sebastian Telfair, Glen "Big Baby" Davis and Darius Miles, have been charged with defrauding the NBA's health and welfare benefit plan out of approximately $4 million, federal prosecutors said Thursday.
