It is very hard to see which ones are right. The Polling Institute themselves say we have the best methodology but it is hard to assess them. What we usually do is the average. Doesnt mean the average is right but it gives us the best you. If lot of polls from different institutions in the same direction we understand what is happening. In that period the question was agreed here. The yes and no vote, taking out from all these polls, in 2013, nothing happened.
