After cleanup from Baltimore riots, some fear economic scars will linger
Some hope the rioting will go down in history as a spasm, a brief check on the city's apparent economic momentum, as population and development increased in parts of the city after decades of decline. But others fear the 24-7 broadcast of burning buildings and National Guard troops in the streets of Baltimore has set back years of slow progress made by the city.
