Candidates to a different standard. i don't think they're willing to overlook that clearly republican voters are willing to overlook. that said, i think we have shifted into a different kind of era and biden will get away with a lot more than he used to because democrats are being so me mercenary, frankly, of who they want to choose. so the biggest thing biden has to do is prove he can beat donald trump, and there is going to be a lot of grace for gaffes and other things if they really think he's the guy that can beat him. >> do you think they learn, dana, about al franken if they look at afte...
