State reporting practices are inconsistent and theres little or no Police Training in identifying drowsiness as a crash factor. Self reporting is unreliable. Do know. We any resulting loss of life is tragic, needless and preventible. A drowsy driver can be a deadly driver. Even one night losing two hours of sleep is sufficient to significantly impair our a little bit attention, reaction time, Decision Making can all be significantly reduced by 20 to 50 , and driving in this condition, that could mean not brake lights in front of us or not seeing the traffic light turning red.
