But the leading edge of that rain is to the southwest of virginia and around roanoke and over toward in the North Carolina border, but the heaviest rains are here in central tennessee. Thats going to be arriving here but not until later this afternoon. First raindrops may be arriving 9 00 or 10 00 commute. Reagan national is at 43 degrees. Hour by hour will hold steady all the way through much of the rest of the morning and start climbing into the low 40s as the rain...
