LOWELL — Now that she’s 103, one might think that Betty Bayard has seen and done it all. Think again. Because this centenarian still feels she has work to do on this earth and she doing that work through her church, St. John’s Episcopal Church on Gorham St. in Lowell’s Back Central neighborhood.
