The Providence Journal PROVIDENCE — Police have released the name of the 7-year-old girl who died after she and her sister were rescued from a three-alarm fire at their home in Mount Pleasant. A police news release on Wednesday afternoon said Ashley Sandoval died shortly after arriving at Hasbro Children's Hospital on Tuesday afternoon. Her 2-year-old sister is in the Intensive Care Unit at Hasbro. The news release said adult relatives and a juvenile relative had been inside and were able to escape.
