Muncie man pleads guilty to child porn charges MUNCIE, Ind. — A Muncie man this week admitted to possessing child pornography after striking a deal with prosecutors. Scott Michael Dodd, 30, was arrested in March 2020 by members of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, including Indiana State Police troopers and members of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
