The Item STERLING - Things have changed in Sterling. With the election moving from May 10 to June 21, the deadline to take out and file papers has been extended. May 1 is now the last day to obtain nomination papers from the town clerk’s office, with May 17 the last day to submit them. May 19 is the last day to withdraw.
