BRADFORD — A 54-year-old man from New Hampshire was arrested on a warrant in Bradford today. Authorities say they were notified of a vehicle operating erratically on Waits River Road at around 12:30 p.m. The vehicle was located and the driver was identified as Michael Hooker, of Lebanon, NH. Police say Hooker was required to
