Bucks county prison. The individual is a matthew miller. Out of ben salem, about 23 years of age and he walked away from the work release at the prison. One of the officers spotted the individual near route 13 in wood haven road. Another officer went to make a ped stop on that subject and at that time the individual seemed to be complying when they went to put handcuffs on him. He got out and started fighting with the officer. He lunged at the officer with a knife and stabbed the officer in his stomach.
