Number of people killed while taking selfies triples after lockdowns lift
As pandemic lockdowns ease, the number of selfie deaths has leaped from seven in 2020 to 24 in the first three-quarters of 2021. India has seen the most selfie deaths by far, with over 180 since 2011.
