Elias after a year of questions surrounding a fire that burned down city hall in casey. And all the citys records with it. Former casey city clerk Dorothy Dillinger is being federally charged with five counts of mail fraud and one count of arson. This fire at the city hall and Community Building happened just hours before a state audit was scheduled. Days later, dillinger admitted to investigators that she spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on personal expenses. In total nearly 300 thousand was misused.
