Take your tastebuds on a journey around France… Bistro Chic by La Serre has put together a brand new menu, offering guests to sample some of the finest French dishes on offer. Inspired by Michlin Starred style dining, Executive Chef Karl Kollmitzer has created a degustation menu like no other. The menu portrays Chef Karl’s love of quality ingredients and French cooking techniques, to create a multi-sensory dining experience. The menu includes five courses of considered cuisine, each with a pairing option on offer. The culinary journey will begin with an amuse bouche, as all memorable meals tend to. Next to arrive will be a 62-degree organic egg on puy lentil stew and truffle sabayon, followed by butter basted halibut which sits with a coco bean ragout and san marzano tomato jus.
