MILLERSBURG Holmes County commissioners Monday approved an enterprise zone agreement with Centor Inc. (formerly Owens-Illinois) in Berlin for expansion and creation of 17 new full-time jobs. The company manufactures prescription containers for medication dispensing, and currently has 205 employees and is looking to expand to property across from its location at 5091 County Road 120. Plans are for 37,000 square feet to produce saline solution packaging.
