Hour. The storm sewers couldnt drain fast enough leading to some , flash flooding, with most drivers opting to plow their way through. Here at 20th and capitol, the waters rose over the curb and into the fruit and watermelon stand thats stood here for decades. It actually flooded by my watermelon stand. You can see right there. It looked like a little waterfall. As you can see, the stand is rain. Dpw tells us theyre continuing to respond to surface ponding issues with more than 40 calls for service so far.
