The parents are outraged you send your kids to school. That is the man accused of secretly filming people at villanova university. This is vincent kane, it was back on september 22nd when a student found a partially concealed cell phone on the third floor on campus. The recorder was activated and police found nine separate videos involving close to 30 students that were unknowingly being filmed. He filmed both men and women going to the bathroom and they were being filmed when they were using the facility. And he was also up skirting customers at the cvs where he worked in broomall.
