David Jones ramps up sustainability mission with new partnership By Imogen Bailey | 22 April 2021 David Jones has furthered its sustainability mission, announcing a recycling program with TerraCycle. The program will allow customers to drop off hard-to-recycle beauty packaging to dedicated bins in-store, where it will then be collected by TerraCycle for recycling. Our customers have responded well to our Mindfully Made shoppable edit online, David Jones GM of beauty Rachel Duffy-Packer said. We can see their values driving their shopping behaviour, and their desire to do more. Founded in Yorkshire in 1965 Craghoppers aims to create comfortable and practical clothing at affordable prices and using the latest technology. The company prides itself on its ethical trading policy and on offering a lifetime guarantee and won Brand of the Year in the 2020 Drapers Sustainable Fashion Awards for its Mindfully Made project. Craghoppers is part of the Regatta family of brands and has 1,335 stores worldwide, 845 of them are standalone or concessions in the UK. The new store at Five Valleys will be near to the Five Valleys market and will cover 1,980 sq. ft.
