The Otoe County Board of Commissioners met on Tuesday, March 23, and took the following actions: Approved a resolution authorizing a lease purchase agreement for a new motor grader; Approved a conditional use permit for a private airstrip for Stove Creek Air LLC, located at 16th and C roads; Approved a conditional use permit from the City of Omaha (Missouri River Treatment Plant and Papillion Creek Treatment Plant) to apply wastwater sludge on various farm sites in the county; Passed a resolution authorizing the Otoe County Sheriff’s Office to destroy evidence and to charge other law enforcement agencies a fee for the service;
