  Ghana, has been acknowledged by the World Health Organisaition (WHO), for achieving Maturity Level 3 of the Organisation’s global benchmarking tool for measuring the performances of regulatory systems. Imagine if we could have saved 81% of those who ultimately died from the virus by treating them early with a cheap, safe drug, along with other cheap therapeutic cocktails.
