That means our temperatures will have a really hard time rebounding. So yah, were at 44 degrees. Not a terrible start but later today you might get an extra 5 degrees and that is best we can hope for with showers, or drizzle, and otherwise if it is not raining at any given point it is just cloudy, dreary.
