This year’s festival lacked that churn of people heading into venues scattered throughout the city. It did have plenty of outstanding performances.
The festival, which runs from May 5-7, will begin at the Monkey House on Friday night and continue at multiple bars and restaurants throughout town, as well as on the Winooski Rotary throughout the weekend.
