New Amphitheater Coming to Montrose Just the thought of live events, music, and theater sounds fantastic after being asked to socially distance from others for nearly a year due to the pandemic. This is why the news that Montrose is getting a new amphitheater is so exciting. While there are still many details to come it is very exciting to hear from KKCO that this new amphitheater has actually been in the works for years, and at the last city council meeting there was a decision made on who would become the contractor for the project. The company that got the job is Stryker and Company Construction which is based in Montrose, which is always nice to see.
