Vladimir putin when he initially said that he believed putins denials of any meddling in the u. S. Election. Now, that position seemed to put the commander in chief at odds with his own intelligence agencies who have said unequivocally that russia did meddle in u. S. Elections. Heres the president s explanation. Im surprised that theres any conflict on this of the what i said there is that i believe he believes that and thats very important for somebody to believe.
