The Addicks Reservoir is reportedly now overflowing for the first time in history, that comes despite a controlled release of water yesterday aimed to prevent an overflow. President trump commending the work of crews and volunteers who have rescued thousands of peopl people. Things are being handled really well. Their spirit is incredible.
