Sedona Red Rock News Last year, Sedona city staff announced that they, along with Arizona Department of Transportation officials, determined that slip lanes at the “Y” intersection would no longer be part of the overall Sedona in Motion plan. Instead, the project is focusing on improvements to signage, striping and minor pavement and concrete improvements. The city is continuing to look for ways to improve efficiency in this area, as it is a known bottleneck during congested times.
