It was the most anticipated meeting of the 620 leaders at hamburg, that between President Trump and the man accused of trying to rig his election, President Putin. After an encounter lasting two hours, the trump team claimed to have secured an agreement from russia not to interfere in the American Democratic process. They cannot seem to agree on what was said. The russians claimed they had denied any such interference and donald trump had accepted that. That is not how the americans see it. Jon sopel reports from hamburg.
