Why not give all the grand jury all the Available Evidence and let them make up their minds from the most informed perspective . If you are cynical, you will say this is a prosecutor who wanted to exonerate officer wilson, so he simply buried the grand jury in evidence, confused them with lots of stuff that wouldnt even be admissible at trial, and then reached the result he wanted to all along, which was no true bill.
