If you are uncynical, you might say, look, this is a difficult case. Its a close case. Why not give all the grand jury all the Available Evidence and let them make up their minds from the most informed perspective . If you are cynical, you will say this is a prosecutor who wanted to exonerate officer wilson, so he simply buried the grand jury in evidence, confused them with lots of stuff that wouldnt even be admissible at trial, and then reached the result he wanted to all along, which was no true bill. This really doesnt matter as a kind of micro case. In the macro picture it fits perfectly into the pattern that says africanamerican lives do not matter to the same degree that white lives matter, or shawe are willing to tolerate the policing of black people in some ways that are fundamentally different and less democratic than we would be willing to tolerate for other parts of the society.
