manich@leaderherald.com JOHNSTOWN — The Fulton County Board of Supervisors recently approved a contract with a Minnesota firm for a data collection software program that will promote Occupancy Tax compliance in the county Treasurer’s Office. The board authorized a $14,700 contract with Granicus which runs through Feb. 28, 2022. The board in 2017 adopted a local law establishing an Occupancy Tax in Fulton County. manich@leaderherald.com JOHNSTOWN — Fulton County is ready to commence engineering for the county landfill’s planned massive vertical expansion project. Department of Solid Waste Director David Rhodes informed the Board of Supervisors’ Public Works Committee recently that he is ready to distribute requests for proposal for engineering the project. The committee authorized the RFP, which the full board will review Monday.
