The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus has compiled a report "The most outrageous cases of human rights violations in certain countries 2022", said Irina Velichko, the head of the Central Office of Multilateral Diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.

“I would like to see the UN Human Rights Council find the capacity and administrative resources to restore the original essence of human rights, and to have illegal unilateral coercive measures be eliminated from the bilateral practice of interaction between states for the sake of sustainable development and progress of all peoples in the spirit of San Francisco, which would be consistent with the spirit and letter of the UN Charter,” the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
